The only differences between the rom you posted and the "96940011" stock rom are in three addresses:
1 - Immo (3FFCE) = which is normal to run the engine
2 - Boost cut load table (2D14 ... 2D1C) = which you set to 245
3 - Address (118D) on the stock rom is different than on yours.

I'll try to figure out what this (118D) address is for, and will get back to you.
Meanwhile try to raise your boost cut limit and try the car to see if it will have an effect on the cut.

P.S: why did you name the thread High Knock? at the moment it cuts do you have high knock sum ?

Did this issue happened suddenly or after a certain repair/manipulation done to the vehicle ?
Is the check engine lit on the instrument panel ?
Is there any Pcode in the engine ecu ?
why are you having doubts in the rom ?

I tried to log it and it shows high knock above 15 . It cuts hard after 3000rpm . Dtc shows boost solinoid , I changed it and the same . I haven't drove the car for almost a year and it happened like this .

First of all I couldn't find what the address 118D is for !!!!
Since it happened after a long period of not running, my opinion is to check the fuel pressure (probably the car is going very lean) = fuel pump issues.
have a look at your boost, if you don't have a boost gauge then to try to log load in order to have an approximate idea what is happening to your boost... (long shot since the cut is happening at 3000 revs) but it needs to be checked.
Disconnect the boost solenoid and let it run without it and check if any changes happens... (it will run around 0.8 bar).

"Gasoline tends to get oxidized and deteriorate after 4-6 months of non-use and will be for the most part useless after one year. Since the more volatile components will evaporate first and these are generally the higher octane components the octane number will be severely diminished."

If it's not full try mixing in some fresh gas and take it easy until all of the old gas is run out. Then fill it up with some fresh 93 and see where your knock is at.
