Logged a fuel cut condition

Hello all,

I finally got around to running my first log with my Evo IX. I am still trying to make heads or tails of everthing im reading so bare with me please. I captured the log during what I believe is a fuel cut condition and I was wondering if the log could help determine the issue.
Log is attached. I did notice timing jump from -4 to 20 in the logs.
TPS RPM TimingAdv
100 4718.75 -4
100 4718.75 -4
100 4625 -4
100 4656.25 20
100 5343.75 3
100 4718.75 -4
99.2 4875 -4

I appreciate any ideas on this.

*edit* I should mention mods although the car has occasionally hit fuel cut since I first owned it.

Innovate LC-2 Wideband

Fuel cut is a possibility, but without a WBO2 or IPW log it is impossible to say. Also why is Load1B not logging?

I will be running another log here shortly with my wideband. Im not sure about load1Byte as far as I know I had it selected. I do not want to keep running logs of fuel cuts because I imagine its not too healthy for the engine.

Cleaned up my intercooler piping connections and I believe I fixed a boost leak. The ends of the stock aluminum piping had some corrosion build up. I won't know for sure until I hook up my leak tester this weekend but I ran another log today with the MAP sensor and wideband correctly configured (at least I believe they are). The car did not hit a fuel cut but the boost spiked to 27.9psi and tapered off to around 19-22. This is on a stock rom that was modified only for the OMNI 4 bar. Although the car felt great I was curious if anyone sees any issues in the log besides the boost spike?

When I select Load1B in Evo-scan it mentions that it is only available with tephra v7. So I ticked Load11Bit4 because it was the only option giving me a readout.
