Max knock and timing advance at 30 all throughout logs. HELP!!

Can someone give me some input on my base maps? Does the timing in mid to high rpm - high load look "block tune-ish"? Thoughts on smoothing or transitions between different driving conditions on the map?

Also I was running very rich, especially during spool up. Like low 11's, which was causing knock. The tuner had my injector scaling set to 504. I changed it to 513 which is the value from factory. Any reason he would have that's set to 504. Do you think it's necessary for me to go through the whole scaling process?

Come to think about it. I installed a Walbro 255 after I had gotten this tune. Do you think he set my injector scaling 2504 in order to make the car run richer with the stock fuel pump. And then when I install the Walbro the car ran too rich.
