Lifter tick? Rod knock? Timing? Help!

Went to get tuned and got turned away because of this noise. I just replaced the lifters with GSC zero tick lifters. Possibly I didn’t bleed them right? I don’t think I did it wrong though. Is this lifter tick? Or rod bearings? Also saw it could possibly be timing belt tensioner. Or possibly my injectors but I don’t think it would be that loud. I did recently have my timing belt changed by a local shop and my cam gear sensor was installed wrong, shout-out to boostin for fixing it. What do you guys think?

Video:

hoping it’s not rod knock

I think I hear rod knock in between the injector ticks.

also someone told me try putting a quart of Lucas oil and see if it helps. Would that be worth trying?

Any thick oil will help, but it's not a fix. Only real fix is to replace bearing. It will only get worse each time you run your engine.

after listening to my video and comparing it to others I’m thinking it’s a spun bearing gonna lift the car, record from oil pan and probably drop the oil pan.

Use your stethoscope and listen at your block from under car. Listen at each corner of your block.
