I am having one hell of a time getting the idle to stop surging, hanging, and wandering all over the place. Im using about 60 steps from full open , in open loop and all trims are zeroed. Idle afr is approximately 13, ignition timing is 5°. Target idle rpm is 1100. IAC appears to behave normal when Key on engine off and the iac removed.
