Help evo8 engine starts smoothly at low temperature (engine working temperature / 180F cannot be restarted)

When the evo8 engine cools down, it can start smoothly. After I drive a certain distance on the road, when I turn off the engine in the parking lot, I need to wait for 30 minutes for the engine to cool down before it can start smoothly. Assuming you have ruled out all the possible mechanical issues ( boost leak test, spark plugs, dirty injectors, fuel pressure issues, bad sensors, no engine codes etc.)
