Throttle reading on my SAFC2

went for a hard run today through some twisties. afterwards, i noticed that the safc is not reading my throttle percentage (hence not compensating on hi-throttle setting). didnt notice this before and seemed to be working a few days ago. only thing i've done to my car was install a grounding kit. all wires to ecu seem fine and sensor settings (car type, etc) seem right on the money. anyone have any ideas???

side note: check engine light came on. are these issues related?

thanks!

I just unplugged the SAFCII and it went out. I think you have to be a rocket scientist to program the thing right.

Sometimes if you get a steady SES light, you will need to unplug the battery for a couple minutes to clear it.

but will that solve it? i'm wondering b cuz my original o2 sensor is just hangin out there and not reading anything. i understand that there are other sensors, but is it ok for it to just be hangin out? the guy that helped me install it said the if the SES comes on, then I should put the o2 back in the housing in a new hole....
