Tips for tuning (I'm new in this)
 

Hi, I have an EVO 9 MR, with, HKS RS kit, 3'downpipe, catback of 3", and recently bought cams (haven't installed yet, but I want to tune up the ECU but don't know really how, I would take it to a tuner shop but I live in Peru and they are not reliable, so I was thinking on buying a cobbtuning access port, or buy the tactrix cable but don't know much about it, so I would really appreciate any advise on what to but and where, thanks in advance,
