Help diagnosing starting issue after MAP installed/tuned 1050cc's

This is a rather long story and instead of mud slinging I will just post a quick synopsis of the issue.

Brought my car to MAPerformance and had a number of things done including 1050cc's and a tune. I am confident in saying that the injectors were not scaled correctly(not sure if its the cranking enrichment ipw adder, or scale, or what) as the car will not start without a quick tap of the gas pedal at the exact instant it turns over... a little late or not at all on the gas and it will just crank and crank (15 seconds or so) and then start VERY sluggishly - rpms will climb but its a fight. After the car is started (from a cold start) you MUST let it idle for about 3-4 minutes or the car is nearly undrivable as the wideband indicates it is WAY too rich (~17 or greater via AEM EUGO). After driving it for a while if I turn it off and restart it within 10 minutes it mostly fires off without hitting the gas, though not always and not smoothly. After warming up, the car drives great; it put down 360awhp and 340ft/lbs tq on the stock 8 turbo/block/trans on a conservative tune with 91octane (for west coast gas + high elevation relative to sealevel).

I am a novice in regards to EvoScan, however I have a lot of experience tuning with piggyback controllers, ie SAFCII and pocketlogger via my non daily driver TSi AWD. That said, attached are two charts of the logs, one warm and one cold. If more granular data is needed I can post the tables.

You may have to zoom on the images but they seem clear enough looking at it in the preview.

As for bringing the car back and having them fix it... not possible at this point as I the car is now about 1000 miles away.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
