Need Input to Tune after full engine rebuild

I'm currently building my '05 Evo8 motor and changing the turbo, details of the build are below.

Conceptually, what will I need to change in the tune to get it started and safely driving with low boost and no risk? I'd like to get it running and leak checked, and put a couple hundred miles on it before swapping to synthetic oil and taking it in for a dyno tune. I have software and a cable, but haven't done more 'tuning' then pulling the current ROM and taking a couple logs a few years ago.

I've tried to read up, but there's a lot to learn. I assume I have to change Fuel Injector scaling and maybe reduce timing advance. Should I run a lighter WG spring during this break-in?

Before build:
Stock Fuel Injectors, Stock Block, K&N stock filter, BR exhaust, Perrin EBCS

Current build:
- 2.3L stroker - CP 9:1 pistons, crower rods, eagle 100mm crank, GSC 5040 Springs, stock valves, Kelford 272 cams
- HTAGT35R Turbo with BR cast manifold - Tial 44mm WG - APS dual-vent BOV
- K&N cone, 3.5"? Inlet pipe
- Perrin EBCS
- RC PF-1200 Fuel Injectors
- AEM Wideband O2

I'll take any feedback I can get.
Thanks for the help.

Have a professional give you a base map to break the engine in pet builders instruction, then go have it dynotuned after breaking, if you don't know what you're doing no sense in possibly messing up your expensive new engine.

That wee are many shops that run the new engine in on the dyno and tune it right then. Every builder is different so I'd follow their recommendation honestly.

Anyone that can give me a quick overview?
