I ordered the Helix ver. 2 tbe for my IX on the 9th from Gruppe-s. I never got a confirmation that it was shipped just a tracking number. Well on the 15th (I live in NC) Ups site had no tracking progress on it. Called Gruppe-s and they said we have had a big shipment leave so that is why its not showing up. UPS said scheduled delivery was yesterday the 16th. No Exhaust tho. Today I called UPS and they said they had no record of picking up my exhaust. Then I called Gruppe-s again and they told me that it had been shipped on the 9th and it was in Oklahoma. But i still dont have my exhaust and UPS still doens't show any progress on their site?? I MUST have my tbe by the 25th cause I'm being tuned... Is Gruppe-S just bull****ting me cause they dont know where my exhaust is??? I"M freakin out.....

 

call gruppe-s and talk to them... don't come here crying.. we're all sick of hearing these sob stories...

ditto to what kevin said, but just wanted to throw out that gruppes is my favorite place to buy stuff. I have bought from them many times and they have always taken care of me. Its prolly a UPS error, Ive ordered stuff b4 and it never show up when trying to track it, but it just arrives one day.
