I just called them up to discuss and order the aem ems from them, since there price is good, anyways when I asked the person on the phone about the free maf deletion kit, and if it was the same as the AIT sensor in order to run speed density, he told me he wasn't sure, then I asked him which bar map does it come with 3.5 or 5 bar, he said he wasn't sure... WTF??? how can you work for an aftermarket industry and not know wtf you are selling??? WELL LOOKS LIKE I WON'T BE ORDERING JACK FROM THEM ANYMORE!!

Where is Cal or someone who knows their stuff! {thumbdwn} That is all

Dude, they do internet sales and drop ship parts. Their margins are probably only a few razor-thin percentage points. I think it's unreasonable to expect them to be expert on the techical aspects of every part they sell.

They've probably never even seen a MAF deletion kit for an Evo before for goodness sake. It's probably getting drop shipped direct from their supplier...

i think that gruppe-s has a dyno and does tuning as well, however thier phone jockey's for taking orders are probrably just there to take orders and probrably don't know much about the parts they sell.

Gruppe S is a great company and they always come through you can't go on that, because if the customer doesnt know what the hell he's ordering, you ask for something they get it simple as that.

Well nobody knows how the conversation went on the phone but im sure the person who answered the phone could have got someone else to answer the questions.....

Not my fault they hired people who don't know sh*t, I just wanted to give them my business, but if they can't answer my questions, then I won't be ordering from them, maybe instead of telling me to email them that question, why don't they get people who know their stuff, just my .02

Besides, they sell parts for several different cars. Maybe the guy you talked to is an expert on the STi but doesn't know about an Evo. Cut him some slack.

Dude, he said he doesn't know anything about the ems, so that means if i was buying it for my STi, HE STILL WOULDN'T ANSWER THE QUESTION!

I even asked him, can you ask someone who knows Evo's... "Sorry we don't have anyone at the time"
