Sold me a turbo that was over boosted and far from "perfect condition". Three turbine wheels chipped. The turbine housing was cracked in two spots from high EGTs. The turbine housing was scuffed in three spots from the turbine wheel hitting it.
I asked for ~$200-$300 of my money back and he stated, "No, You have to send the turbo back to me and I will refund your $400". At this point I don't trust him, so why would I risk sending the whole turbo back and possibly not receiving any refund. I don't understand why he was not willing to work with me on selling this turbo at a fair "junk core" price.

Considering this is my first negative feedback on here in over 10 years I'd say I'm pretty trusted. I sell close to a $100k in Evo parts alone a year. I offered you a refund if you sent it back and you wouldn't. There was nothing else to debate. Go on FB, go on the forums. I'm one of the most well known parts guys in the US. I'm sorry you weren't happy with it but I did what I could to make it better and you blew it off. If this was a Paypal dispute they would've had you send it back and once it was sent back and confirmed delivery I would've had to refund you. If Paypal does it that way then I'm confident its the correct way of handling it on a non Paypal transaction.
