Ordered a BOV and was told it was instock and would be here the beginning of the following week as I needed it for races that weekend. Didnt arrive for nearly 2 weeks after order, seller made no attempt to apologize. Ended up being a drop ship item and wasnt in-stock but seller never mentioned that till after the order was placed.

I dont guarantee ground service. Item was in stock and shipped as ground service ships. if you had a deadline you should have paid for faster shipping. not our fault.

Would have gladly paid for it. You said it would be here no problem and never even made a mention about needing faster shipping. It wasn't even shipped for 3 days after I ordered it, had it shipped right when I paid/ordered it would have been here in time.

we already spoke about this via pm, and you felt the need to post it on here, so be it. point is, you get what you pay for. its not my fault that ups doesnt deliver on saturdays or sundays. its not my fault that you didnt get a guaranteed 3 day shipping. you got your part within a weeks business time. you act like i ripped you off! lol.

I felt the need to let other people know that your idea of "in stock and will have it in time" doesnt mean much once you get the money. Honestly a simple "Im sorry, Forge drop-shipped it and took longer then planned" would have made me happy. Instead you made it look like my fault in the PM.
I made it very clear when I talked to you on the phone that I was racing on Friday and needed it by then. You said no problem and that it should be here the beginning of the week. Its your job as a business to suggest faster shipping if you thought it would have been an issue.

yes it was in stock. forge is 4 hours north of me. so if anything they are closer to you. they are usually prompt with same day shipping obviously they weren't on this one. nothing i can do about that. if you order late in the day, its not going out the same day. many variables when ordering parts. point is you received it. you didnt pay for 3 day shipping etc. you paid for ground service, you got ground service. its over.

Im really sorry for telling you ground shipping would get there in time. im also sorry you didnt pay for faster shipping. Im just fine on the car payments, thanks for your concern
