UICP arrived in a box with the T-bolts and hardware not secured ... piping was not wrapped in bubble wrap or any kind of protective covering. Piping arrvied severely scratched and dented. Tried to resolve but he is unwilling to compromise. Now I'm stuck with unuseable UCIP piping and he gets off with my $250.
