Avoid this seller. He shipped me a rusted manifold when I paid $350 for an Evo 9 turbo, and though I showed him proof that there was no way the USPS postage could have been so low for a shipment of a turbo and manifold and offered to return his manifold for a refund, he still told me I was "lying" and would not work with me to settle on a resolution at all.

I have filed a Paypal claim against him.
