Seller guaranteed parts off of a used motor to be in good condition. Upon delivery parts were not in stated condition. Seller does not wish to resolve the situation over a few components. On the other hand, when he purchased parts from me, I went , out of my way sent the parts expedited so he could make a race the coming up weekend. Thanks for the fair and equal treatment

This is laughable. Shawn bought a motor with a spun bearing for super cheap. The motor arrived to him on thursday Jan. 17. He called and said the lower timing belt cover was damaged from shipment and the oil pump is seized. I asked him to open up the oil pump and see if the gears them self are seized. He did not do so. he said he has a chat log of me guaranting that all the parts were in good condition and that he would forward it to me. He has not done so yet. I only said the parts were there and i never even took off the lower timing belt cover to check anything. I only guaranteed that the cylinder walls were good and the main journals of the crank were good. What did you expect when buying a spun bearing motor?
Moreover, on Friday i said that we would work it out because i dont want to have an unhappy buyer.
All of a sudden he leaves me negative feedback on Tues. Jan 22. Didn't even give enough time to resolve the issue.

In response to the seller, I would not have expected good parts unless I was guaranteed parts would be good. I feel that it was not "cheap" as all I have usable is a block that needed .040 over to clear and a head that needs repair. I paid the additional money to have good spare engine accessories to have and they are trash. So I feel that negative feedback is justified since you striaght told me you weren't going to do anything to resolve the situation. You ripped me off when I was the seller I went out of the way to make you happy; I left work early to mail off a package so that you could have the ignition by Thursday so you could race on Friday, and this is how you treat me in return. Thanks!

Josh decided to bore it 0.040 on his own, the cylinder walls were in PERFECT condition. Moreover, he knew EXACTLY the damage to the head. All it was, was stripped thread oil feedline thread that needed to be retapped or heli-coiled.
Josh spent an extra $100 to have the engine delivered to his place, instead of picking it up. now he complains that he paid too much? $1130 for a good block and head, shipped? in my eyes that is super cheap.
And no, the conversation DID NOT end with me saying that i will not do anything to reslove the issue. I specifically said I dont want to have an unhappy buyer on my hands.

Seller absolutely said he wasn't going to resolve the issue. The machine shop confirmed that the cylinder walls had significant run out requiring the over bore. If you don't want an unhappy buyer resolve the situation and these posts can be deleted.

Unfortunatley, the negative feedback you left cannot be deleted any more. Neither can the one i left you. You acted hastily without thinking like a mature adult.

I didn't act hastily, you said basically for me to pound sand. So I did what anyone would do when getting ripped off pal.
