Immediate payment from this guy. I shipped some rather expensive items to him and the shipping company managed to lose them!! I expected to deal with an upset buyer, and instead he was level headed and worked with me for the next 2 weeks while we located the package. Despite the circumstance, he was the best person I have dealt with in many years of being in this industry.
