Sold him a used diffuser (at a steal), shipping company made a mistake and it was blamed on us. Totally did not understand anything that was going on, how to track a shipment, how to make a phone call, how to speak with customer service at the shipping department, how to type a legible pm and lacks complete respect and courtesy despite us having went WELL out of our way to help with the whole situation. I have all the pm's saved, contact me for more information. Members like this plague the community and give it a bad name.
