Rating Summary #42,752

Bought turbo knowing it needed new compressor/exhaust wheels. Was told it had zero shaft play. When I received it, it had so much play the wheel could hit the housing and would "fetch up" if I spun it. It also had broken bolts in the exhaust housing. I've been very patient as he said he was sorry and would "fix the problem"
Its been a month to date (Oct 8th - Nov 8th) Nothing has been done.
