A meeting at an event turned into a order for a COP, which built a friendship.

I met Craig at a Funday Sunday event at Orlando Speedway and after talking with him about the SparkTech Pro COP system I was sold on getting one. Craig answered every question I had about the unit and showed a lot of interest outside of being a vendor. I promptly ordered a COP the very next day. Craig kept me in the loop of the status and minor delays which were out of his control, and even gave me his personal cell phone to keep in touch.
When the unit was ready we setup a time to make the transaction, Craig and his wife offered to bring the unit to me, on Christmas Eve. I couldn't believe the offer, and couldn't make him drive all that way to me. We worked out a meeting place to make the transaction, and to my surprise he was ready to do the install on site and test the system with a test drive. He was in no rush to send me on my way and we talked for quite some time! Craig has since kept in communication with me, and I am happy to say I have made a good friend from this experience.
The COP has been everything I expected, and made a huge difference in my car. The craftsmanship of the unit is 2nd to none, and I recommend it to anyone who is searching for an end all ignition solution. If I get an Evo X which I have been thinking about, it will be one of the first things on my list.
