Bought springs on August 21 and I paid promptly. It's now several weeks later and I still haven't gotten the springs (his shipping date kept changing). I asked for paypal refund, and haven't gotten one. This is getting ridiculous, filed a dispute with paypal.

Bugged me literally every day when I was out of town on a business trip and would not have any patience at all. Refunded his money when asked just to get the guy off my back. If you want next day shipping, buy them new from a BUSINESS that deals in parts selling. Working people sometimes need a few days!!
