Thanks again for all the assistance with purchasing the car. Figured out the wiper problem, and the radio problem. Water has been leaking and running down the wiring harness inside the drivers side fender. Corroded the harness terminals and was shorting the electrical system. I'll be taking it in for warranty once spring comes around.
