I bought an Innovate LM2 tool from Importimage, asked for the regular kit and received the basic kit (with some accesories not included). Finally it seemed I paid for the basic kit, however Importimage never specified that they are charging for and sending me the basic kit. That is not what I needed and I would have ordered the missing accesories from them would they not have tried to make it my fault, saying that they specified the part number in the paypal request - there was no paypal request, no part numbers, I just paypaled the amount we agreed on.
The communication was also a bit slow - I understand they are very busy, but this leads to unproper management.
