we gave this customer part #'s, he clicked pay, and we delivered exactly what was ordered. We even attempted to ask him what he thought was not there and he couldnt provide us with part #'s to make it right. sounds very phishy to me. we promptly delivered the goods that were paid for. we are sorry for your misunderstanding. the part #'s do not lie. you got what you paid for. thanks again and sorry you couldn't figure this out beforehand.

Is this the configuration you provided? Can you show me WHERE did you give me a part number? Because I obviously can't read nor I have any idea of what I'm purchasing. I am sorry I've trusted a well-known vendor from here...
This is my email that I sent you 3 times for 5 days before getting an answer:

Hello Josh, I have received the LM2, thanks. However, there was a misunderstanding: I received the basic kit (http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/x...cat=261&page=1), not the one I have ordered ( http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/x...cat=261&page=1). This does not include the memory card, the casing, the analog in-out cable, but most importantly the OBDII cable, which is a must for me. Please tell me how can you solve this. I specified that this is the exact configuration I need, see my first email below.

Sure the vendor can go on denying all of if, it's clearly "physhy" - although I never asked for anything but for him to accept he'd mistaken...
