Ive tried pm'ing the OP, and he has now decided to ignore me. I bought the evo 9 turbo, which was described as no shaft play, ready to bolt in, etc. I got the turbo back at the beginning of december, while my car was still apart. My car has been down since september, and was supposed to be up and running at the time of purchase, but more things went wrong, etc.

Since the car was down, I didnt check the turbo thoroughly enough upon arrival. I checked the shaft play, and made sure the lines were all there, and left it in the box. Jump forward to about 3-4 weeks ago, my car is finally getting back together. We went to swap the turbos, and found that NONE of the bolts would start. Two bolt holes are completely stripped, and two bolts are stuck in the housing.

I contacted OP to let him know what was going on, and he has basically ignored me, calling me a liar. I gave him the name and number for the shop my car has been at. Ive also showed several locals who all agreed the bolt holes were messed up, etc, some of which are well known on these boards.

I didnt pay full amount for a turbo that was "near perfect condition, ready to bolt in" just to have a turbo that needs to have all the bolts holes tapped/drilled, etc
