Very dishonest seller who sold me a used HID Kit that is supposed to be working with 2 pair of HID bulbs!! The item describe as two 10000k bulbs, and two 12000k bulbs but when I got them they were at bad shape! The item came packaged very well, which is really good of him but I got a total of 5 bulbs, none of them were label to which were which in color so it gave a lot of time and effort to figure out what bulb is what.

On top of that 3 out of the bulb were bad, all black in the middle where the main light source was coming out of. Two bulb was good but are different type and make, one was 10000k and the other was 12000k so I cannot use them. Plus they are from different manufacturer as well.

I emailed and message the seller asking for a partial refund and a cooperation but seller replied back to me "I don't have any money"... "I spent the money you send me" ... WTF!!

I have reported this user to PayPal, and will make a claim up to my VISA card bank to dispute this. Buyers BEWARE, DO NOT BUY again from this guy because he is very very dishonest and will not help you if you need help at all!!!! Will make a file to moderators and staff members on this forum as well!!

i did not know that the black part means its bad. Also the only reason i took it off was because the copes pulled me over for the blue markers, but i wanted to return to stock because i don't want to take more crap from the copes. I even took off my tint. Also i gave this buyer an extra bulb because i didn't need it. 2 of the 4 is blue light and the other 2 is purple.

That still does not explain Hui about how two bulbs were different color and yet both are clear in perfect shape! And why did you not label the bulb for buyers so that way they won't have trouble of finding out what is what! For a good business and good reputation you have to warranty your item or at least issue a partial refund, and not reply any of those comments that you did. The least you could have done is buy one bulb or send me a refund for one bulb cost Hui.

I brought the hid kit for around 70 I sold it to you for 35 that is negative 35 for me already. Then I spend 12 on the shipping. And Paypal took off some fees. I am basically giving the item away. I would not give my hid light if the copes around there is not a jerk. I felt like I am getting ripped of already. I thought the bulbs were label already because there was the tag there.

Doesn't matter about how much you bought it for, when you sell it used you have to make sure it is working properly or indicated bad bulbs or something to let buyers know!
