Scammmm sent $1030 and have not recieved anything after almost 3 weeks.

On March 9th I paid 1030 for a Mitsubishi OEM Factory Navigation system. You said "will send out friday at the latest! ". That date came and went with no update from you. I also ask you to require signature (which also gives me tracking). Monday comes and nothing finally on the 16th you say you ship it USPS Ground.... With no signature confirmation or tracking, although I did ask for signature confirmation. You said : "shipped out usps ground, no tracking number but i can send a pic of the receipt" yet I have not scene the anything that shows that you shipped anything to me. So that was all last week... This week you said: "can you resend me your address? the package came back to my house." I sent you the same address that is listed in my paypal account, how is it that you do not have it.
I say" I got 3 packages from USPS today and one from UPS.. I even checked my post office for you package.
Can you please send it priority with tracking... It has been two week... I think I at least deserve that and a tracking number.
and you response is: "yessir i sure will. that was my mistake, sorry man"
Priority mail, if you even sent a package at all takes 2 days... It is now Friday and I have nothing. No tracking, no receipt and no Navigation.
I sent you a message yesterday: "Sooo..... what is the deal this time? You did not send priority or tracking... ? Are you planning to send this or do i need to charge back with pay pal? You know shipping from NY to MD is no more than two days? So whats is up?"
Which I already know you read because you logged into your account and got it through email. I sent you a message today. I haven't heard from you since the beginning of the week leading me to believe that you are trying to scam me by making excuses and BS'ing... Funny how you know you should be sending all this information... Who the hell sells somethin for 1030 and doesn't purchase 1 dollar signature confirmation or tracking.
Refund all of the money.
