Touge Factory/Stance refused to honor my warranty on my Stance Coilovers

I purchased Stance 3-way coilovers from another shop. The dampers failed shortly thereafter. I went directly to Stance/Touge Factory to replace the dampers. I had Stance/Touge Factory replace the dampers themselves, in their own warehouse. The dampers failed again within a year. I asked Stance/Touge Factory to honor my warranty within their specified warranty period of 1 year. Stance/Touge Factory refused to honor my warranty.
