sent out bilstein struts that were in perfect working condition. after a few weeks he said one of the struts was frozen. asked for a picture took a while to get it and the strut was definetly tampered with. i offered him a 75-100 bucks refund for the strut. when he only paid 275 shipped for the set. and he sent bad feedback and was rude the whole time. than wanted half his money back from the deal. stupid situation.

Well it took two weeks for the shocks to arrive after I paid, the day I received the struts I opened the box, found one shock covered in oil and no dampening. I contacted this guy the same day and he says they were fine he he shipped him and UPS must have damaged them. This is clearly not the case since the bad shock was covered in dirt so it had to be bad and driven on that way before they were shipped out. I said I would accept some money back and never received any because he says he didn't have any to send back. I have no idea what he means by tampered with the struts, I opened the shipping box and found the damage and contacted him right away. Buyer beware from this guy!
