Its been 2 days and i still havnt heard from him, paid for item as soon as he sent me his paypal address. he still hasnt responded back. i pmd him religously and no response. i sent as a gift so cant dispute through paypal. very bad lack of communication. bad thing about it the item was 200 shipped and i paid 270. i got confused bout the price and shipping. i sent him a message asking him to send me my 70$ that i overpaid and still he hasnt responded.

I did respond to you today on the day of 01/03/11 at 9:57 am when you pay with paypal I wait for the money to process first before I ship. I just dont ship right away please be patient. Well best of luck let me know if you want a refund or not.

?????? I txtd you today at 7 pm eastern time and you didnt mention a refund. I just tried to call you and no answer ( 12 am eastern time ). Can we please get on the same page. Call me asap so we can resolve this. A full refund or item shipped tomorrow as you stated with a 70$ refund for over payment. Just lmk what you are doing so i can know what to expect. Thank you.
