Buyer was very impatient. Kept in FULL contact via phone the ENTIRE time. Had a hiccup in shipping since I could not fit the exhaust in my car. I apologized profusely. By time he asked for his money back (which I would have had no problem doing) the exhaust was already shipped. Buyer proceeded to file a Paypal dispute and added negative feedback lying that he didn't receive tracking even though he did! Got his exhaust in BNIB condition in plenty of time before his tune. (Tune was on Weds, exhaust was there on Tuesday morning). The whole transaction took 6 days INCLUDING the weekend.
