Hello Eric/Suzanne Landsverk/Juan Sierra/Jake Oborn (or whatever your real name is),
I sent payment to you 42 days ago, you stalled over a week until you contacted me back, you sent me the wrong item, I paid money for USPS and sent it back to you, and I wrote you on Monday asking if you've received the item (which it says online in the tracker that you received the item on Saturday) and to please refund me, and you haven't responded back yet. I'm forced to take action because of your (deliberate?) silence; it is now the 42nd day, and I believe this stalling and sending the wrong item was all intentional hoping you'd make it beyond the 45th day.
Please refund my money at this point. You should reimburse me for the USPS shipping of the throttle body as well, but I know you're not going to so just give me back my money. I know that you may think that swindling people for $51.50 is no big deal, but it will catch up to you at some point. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but karma will come back around to bite you in the ass....
