I purchased a set of USED brake pads from him, and after the shipping company threw the box around a few times, one of the pads arrived at my house detached from the mounting plate. I notified Raptord as soon as I opened the box and found the damage, including sending him a camera phone pic, and he immediately refunded my money. Just a great overall guy to deal with!
