He had a part out thread in which I contacted him about an A/C delete belt, we settled on a price, I sent money via paypal on Thursday. He then PMs me on Monday stating he changed his mind and will be issuing a refund to paypal.

As said. Buyer sent money on Friday, I decided to keep item, and money has been refunded.
