end of the 3rd year of tsi kit

So my goal has been finally reached 2 weeks ago. After years of playing around and learning things the hard way on my own. My goal of being as fast as an evo has been reached. My buddy owns a shop and he just got done putting in a lightened flywheel and a clutch and a 3 inch full exhaust system on a 2003 evo 8. And with my replacement t-25 installed i had a chance on sat. night to go up against it. Now of course i didnt want to launch with him because even with my apex-i at 5psi in 1st gear to prevent wheel spin i would still be no match against a 4 wheel drive car. So we did a series of rolling runs the first being a 30mph roll starting in 2nd. My biggest pull distance came toward the end of 2nd and by the end of 4th i had a car on him, the next pull was a 55 roll in 3rd and by the end of 4th it was only a half car lead. None of the runs did i touch 5th because we all know how much our final gear sucks and i dont like going that fast off a track. All this with a set 11 psi on about a 65 degree night. My intercooler temp was reading about 68 degrees. Not to mention no dyno time and no tuning just my stock pump with a msd inline connected to the rail and a 14:1 fmu, stock injectors. Keep Tuning and have fun with your cars you can make these turds kinda fast.

Thanx guys its good to hear this encouragement on this forum, and yes i am still using the stock injectors the same ones for 3 years. Amazing huh? Just two fuel pumps and a 14:1 fmu but with an INTERCOOLER! Im not on the forum much so sorry about the delay, been enjoying the car in these last couple of days in minnesota it has been in the 50's and 60's. Its is 59 degrees today and today alone i got to mess with a 97-98 M3 and some crappy integra, you could tell they knew that they would get lit up they just wanted to see the car take off. Just got done with a pretty decent car show that i brought the car to here in maplewood at the myth, it was alright.
