turbo...What Type and where?
T-25/28's typically do better for quicker spool speed though.
I already answered this, Yes. Any turbo can be used with Any manifold, it just has to be made to do so.
Look up.
It's an advertising gimmick. What matters is CFM and how much the turbo flows.
Yes, it's been done. And look up.
I did a lot of research and when it was all said and done, it boiled down to the RRM turbo kit. I have the 16G and in an auto to boot, I agree with few in here, I appluad thise who take on the ambition of self built kits, but when you look at the $$ in the end, it works out almost the same as a company kit and well costs the same to have it installed. Just get the kit and save the worry about small gremlins. Besides if something goes wrong wouldn't you rather have someone to talk to that knows the kit or try finding issues with a built kit.
Did you get a new turbo? j/w ... did the 16g come from the stock evo? How many miles on it and does the intercooler come with piping? External Wastegate?

These are the kinds of questions that give a strong indication that you are not capable of making your own kit. My advice is to do some readings on the RRM turbo kit. There is at least one such kit available for sale in the for sale forums. Turboing a normally non-turboed car is not a simple thing, you have to either know exactly what you are doing (and have the money to correct anything that goes wrong) or admit that you know nothing and leave it up to the experts.
