16g6 in a 06 lancer SE

I've been running a 16g6 for about a month. I rebuilt the turbo but i am still getting alot of oil in my intercooler piping so i need a new turbine shaft it had some good grooves in it. I'll post pics tomorrow.

Are you just stating facts, or have a question? How much oil in the pipes? A pool/puddle or just droplets?

Here's some more. I'm just stating the problem. My intorcooler piping is pretty oily and i blow oil out of the blow off valve. only thing i have for fuel correction is a e-manage. I have a 02-03 bored out fuel rail and regulator and fmu i need to put on. I'm doing a costum returned fuel system.

Are you using the crank case ventilation tube to run back into the intake? If so, you could be seeing alot of blow by and it's pushing alot of oil back into the intake. If your turbo is bad, you would see smoke coming out of your tail pipe under WOT. WOOT!

If you can only run half-throttle, you have a bad tune. My buddy had the same problem with his custom kit; once he took it to a decent professional tuner, the problem got solved.

I can see how this a major budget build...custom adapted Evo manifold to boot! But until you get proper fuel mgmt, tuned, catch can, oil restrictor in the turbo?...you're going to have issues.

Whats a oil restrictor? I have a E-manage and that helps a little untill i get to like 6 psi then i run out of fuel. I can hold with a audi 2.0T on the freeway easily at about quarter throtle.

It wasn't a budget build until i quit my job cause they wanted me to anwser phones. Then a just couldn't stand having a turbo just sit there so i put it on. So now i'm waiting for my first check from my new job and i'll buy a FMU then we'll hook it up to my buddy's data logger.
