turbo sizes and performances?
Like lancer2show said, the 16G6 turbo from the Evo is both oil and water cooled. For us Lancers we tap the heaters lines coming from the firewall for a coolant source and return. You can cut them, add a tee fitting and there you go.
Realistically it won't make a difference what turbo you go for. You're not running copious amounts of boost and you won't even strain a T-25 let alone a 16G or a 15G. The only reason to go with those turbos is cost, availability and the fun factor. I'm not surprised at all that an SRT-4 with bolt-ons can beat stock evos, hell a stock SRT-4 can beat evos from a roll since they have the advantage of FWD in that situation. I wouldn't call their turbo small, it's bigger than mine that's for sure. They shouldn't spool in a parking lot or in reverse since the loads aren't high enough, I don't reach full boost in first or second for that very reason.
