Around $400-450 if I go with a velocity stack design, around $300-350 if I don't. I'm still debating on which I'm gonna go with. My fab guy is having a CNC aluminum flange made for it.

Yeah there was another guy on here with a lancer that fabbed up an sheet metal manifold and dynoed it and got some pretty awesome gains from it. You guys should both benefit a lot from a new manifold.
holy crap i just stumbled onto this thread and your car (aside from the dirt) looks so damn hot! hahaha, i love the mani! it looks so aggressive! i need to find a fab shop. hahahaha

Here's some more pictures. I had my hot side intercooler pipe finished today. The picture of the wheel also has the Wilwood caliper that I'll be running up front after my 5-lug conversion. The last picture is from behind my car. Looks stock, doesn't it? It's a full 2.5" stainless exhaust the whole way back with a Magnaflow straight-thru muffler. That's how I roll...

Update -
Last night I ordered my new ACT clutch and Fidanza flywheel. I also just sent payment to TRE to have them perform their stage 2 rebuild on my transmission. So now I'll be able to actually put the power to the wheels when I'm done. Plus, my transmission has a little over 150,000 miles on it. So it definitely doesn't hurt to refresh it.
I'll post some pics when the trans gets taken out and boxed up to be sent to TRE.
Also still in the works are the aluminum intake manifold, 3" stainless intake pipe and aluminum radiator hardlines. Those will be added little by little.
I've shifted my focus on having my fab guy re-do the upper strut mounting in the trunk to allow for Evo suspension in the rear. Along with this will be a 3-point trunk bar and tubular control arms in the rear.
And all of this while still finishing up my 5-lug conversion, rear disc conversion and Wilwood brake kit up front...
