Yeah....



Turbo oil return hose to tapped pan.


I can't figure out the exact part that I need. I understand the tap makes a hole yes but what I am understanding that one end of this part screws into the hole that I tapped and the "barbed" part connects to the hose.



Am I looking at the right piece?

The piece's barb is 5/8 and the screw end is 1/2 inch IIRC. IIRC the hose should be 5/8 inch. It's from Home Depot BTW...

Which clears up a few things but I'm still confused about something...The tap stays in and the hose connects to it? I thought the tap widends the hole?

 

There is no need for two threads about the same thing.

I have kungfugirls exact kit. But uh...the turbos in and no leaks to speak of. Thanks for looking.

 

the tap threads the hole. after you tap it, you want to pull it out and wrap the end of the hose barb with some teflon tape and screw that bad boy in.

 

id get it welded if i were you.
