Turbo reliability?

Alright so I was wondering about all you tubo 4g94 guys and how the turbo has effected the reliability of your cars? Do you feel like its sketchy at all or is it pretty sturdy? Would you ever go cross country in your car?? Do you think you get better gas mileage? Do you think it will be harder to sell the car with the turbo or would you take the turbo off to sell it? just wondering about your opinions!

-Sturdy... depends how well you install your kit

-I would go cross country its just like driving normal except you have a turbo on -your car it doesnt really do anything but sit there and provide horsepower

MPGs depends if you boost all the time or not, when I first boosted to 11 psi I got realy excited and boosted like the whole day and wasted half a tank of gas in 2 days lol

- It really depends on the buyer but when I first tried to sell the car I had alot of moms in my area try to buy it for thier daughters and one guy trying to pay me $2700 because of the kelly blue book... I was like you do relize there is a turbo on this car right... KBB didnt included that now did it

yeah but some peoples logic about the whole turbo thing is that it cuts down on engine life, and makes the car less reliable.--->mostly old dudes.

also wondering how many (if any of you guys) have told your insurance about these mods... your supposed to tell them but really who does?? why pay more...
