Ok got another question: I talked to a guy about the oil return fitting that I'll be welding onto the upper oil pan during my next oil change... And he seemed to think -10an would be really large for our application and that something like a -6an fitting might be better...

I figure you guys are right that I should use the -10 one, but why? He said something about oil returns that are too large creating back pressure sometimes.

Also, aluminum or steel and why?

Lastly, how can I plug the hole between the fitting install and the actual turbo install? I'm trying to get as much as I can done before the turbo goes in...

You will want an aluminum fitting because the pan is aluminum

10an no less. The oil falls from gravity. It is not pressurized leaving. Too small of a drain line and you will have a problem.

FPR line seems to be the best. Unless you want to drill and tap a new fitting into your intake mani

Then you have an issue with your tee connection or your bov. Either you you have a block or leak somewhere between the bov and fpr line or the bov itself has a problem

Updated a few things. Nothing major, just some stuff to avoid hiccups.
