What is this lancer running?

I was on YouTube , cause I alway look of what people are doing with our cars. I came across this video and I took a screen shot.
It has the exhuast coming out the front bumper! And it looks like it's turbo but there's a lot of piping lol .

Its a 13 second lancer that a guy built up with stock internals. It is strictly drag so he piped the exhaust out the side.

I know he was running in the 12s. Probably would have ran a lot better if his tranny didn't blow up.

did an 11.6 on its first pass on that setup, only got to the 1/4 mile twice. everything around me is 1/8 mile currently sitting on blocks.. headlights were gutted with no internals. they were blacked out so cops wouldn't notice
