So as everyone should know, there is no existing grommet to run power wire through. So what i need to do is drill a hole through my firewall. I already picked up the bit, grommet, and need to get this damn 1/0 guage wire through. If you know where to drill without damaging anything, maybe have some pics, that would be awsome. I dont want to start drilling, then hit something and realize i wrecked something important. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I took out the drivers front fender liner and snaked my wire through the grommet by the door. I also mounted my alarm siren behind the liner. Yes, there is an existing grommet for you to use after all. I hate drilling holes in my Evo.

 

ya i removed the passengers side grommet...it actually fits my 1/0 gauge wire. im almost done relocating my battery i just have to mount my battery in the trunk now. ill take some pix when its done.
