Hidden Antenna Kit... i think i'm going to do it...
 

so i'm going with THIS and hopefully i can rig up a hidden antenna for the lancer and chop that old bad boi right off the hood. I'll custom make a flush cap to go over the old hole and voila! should turn out rather nice i hope... ;)

that'll look real good and clean if you can pull it off (not saying you cant) haha

make sure to take alot of notes and pics for a how to {thumbup}

would you be welding the hole shut or just capping it off? i dont think it would look to good if it was just a plastic cap

Use a VG over the hole and cap it.

I was looking at that as well bout 2days ago. Is that the one that has the motor to make the antenna go in your car and out or is that one just completly hidden, they should have more pics of it on the site.

I'm using the completely hidden one and i'm choosing to do a cap b/c i might need access to it later plus it will make the body work around it easier. The cap will be flush of course (i hate those fin rigs) so it will look very nice when i'm done. the antenna comes with a lifetime warrenty so i think it will be fine, plus i listen to my ipod more than anything...
