The XML is OK.
What your issue ?

It is XML of NA lancer that why no boots map
If you install turbo you will get engine alarm code about airflow and torque limit.

You have to revise data in the table Airflow check and Torque Limit.
see Lancer RA that will show you Airflow check and Torque Limit of turbo.

Yes,
in case you don't change airflow sensor.

Example data see 4B11T stock Rom.

I'm following a guy a tunner called Radhatech on IG he might help you with that he has 3 regular Lancers including his own turboed, i'm planning on talking to him about it

What is the result ? i have same problem. i add turbo on my 2011 Lancer and now i have toque error on engine ecu

Radhathech can help you with this. We live in the same city/country. The way I resolve the problem was changing the ecu for a 2010 one and flashing a evo x 2010 rom and Radha help me with the integration of the ecu with the CAN module in the car.

Actually my situation is little bit different. I install a turbo to 1.6 Liter Lancer (engine code 4A92) i try to change rom; flash evo X rom to my engine ecu but i had a exaust mivec selenoid trouble code, cause my engine has not got exhaust mivec control, i need to remap for TPS i think
