question for my brother he has the same year lancer but he wants to get a turbo but read on forum saying his Ecu can not be tuned for a turbo

Of course the 04-06 es/ls/oz ecu can be programmed...u can flash an evo 9 rom into your stock ecu and use ecuflash to tune it

I never tuned my 03 ES, are you guys using ECU Flash?


that being said, for the record, all 02-06 lancer es, ls, oz, ralliart can be tuned to run a turbo, by flashing the ROM on the stock ECU by a variety of methods...no need for swapping ECU's or harnesses...

and what turbo manifold fit a 4g94

I personally used the Evo 8-9 manifold and ported the flange to align with the 4g94 gasket/exhaust runners! Been working just fine for me for like 6 years and iv been driving the car on the track for the past 3-4 years no problem! Go see my Turbo thread in the Forced induction section all of the turbo info is there....u can also PM if u have any questions about the turbo application on your 4g94
