OBX never came through with any of the parts they claimed to have made for the Lancer...at least to the best of my knowledge. Any of the parts that might fit are crossover Mirage parts. I would not recommend them as a brand to begin with, but especially in regard to possible fitment issues on the Lancer.
No one makes a Lancer specific pulley set. Pulley kits work by reduction rotational mass of pullies (usually on the accessories), therefore sapping less power from your belts, and allowing more power to be transferred to the wheels. The downsides I've read of are generally increased vibration (in the case of replacing the harmonic damper, which functions as a sort of shock absorber for belt vibrations) and increased electrical load if no compensation is made for the alternator. In many cases new belts are required because the tensioners cannot account for the (sometimes) large change in pulley size, therefore requiring a shorter length belt.
Not an essential mod, not something worth holding your breath for, but certainly something that would benefit us if a company would be bold enough to make them.
