Walbro 255 install
Can anyone tell me if you have to modify anything to install a Walbro 255 fuel pump. I think mine is starting to go out so i just ordered one from speedcorps. Any help would be great.

Yes the plastic cap that snaps over the pump to hold it into the assembly needs to be shaved down on the inside to get a proper fit. Some will tell you to just push really really hard lol, but I believe in doing things right.

I think the evo X fuel pump fits without modification, and it flows about the same. No mods are needed, fuel pressure stays the same just has the ability to flow more fuel at that pressure, and the fuel trims should take care of any slight abnormality.
